Exercise became a part of my daily routine. I felt something is lacking if I skip my work out. I can compare it to oxygen because it gives me life. I exercise because of the positive changes it brought not only to my body physically but also to my mental health. I felt a sense of fulfillment when I finished a hard work out, I feel more positive and satisfied. Working out helps with the production of your endorphins which will help you feel good. In summary, if you want to help yourself by being healthy, physically and mentally, working out should be on your list.

Exercise is the key of fitness. The more we do exercise the more we feel the health. Exercise helps to lighten our body weights and straighten mentally and physically.

I do exercise regularly in the morning and evening time. It is my regular habit from the initial stage of my life.It helps me not only to be fit & fine but also to pay concentration on my day to day work. I really enjoy my heath doing exercise regularly.

Yes, exercise is a part of my daily routine because it improves my mental health and mood as well. Daily exercise makes me feel good and it also helps me to deal with stress and reduces the risk of depression. So, we should try to do exercise on daily basis because it makes us healthy and active.

Some people do exercise for weight loss but in my case, it's to prevent hormonal imbalance and promote regular menstruation. I suspected that I have PCOS because I have noticed many symptoms such as too much facial hair, irregular mestruation, acne and fatigue.

I also heard from my friend that PCOS screening is expensive and scary that's why I decided to switch to healthier lifestyle. Also, exercising is one of the best way for PCOS patients because it will help regulate blood circulation.

Exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Exercise prevents health problems, builds strength, boosts energy, and can help you reduce stress. It can also help you maintain a healthy body weight and curb your appetite.

    Exercise can:

    • Reduce your risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, diabetes and obesity.
    • Keep joints, tendons, and ligaments flexible, which makes it easier to move around and decreases your chance of falling.
    • Reduce some of the effects of aging, especially the discomfort of osteoathritis
    • Contribute to mental well-being and help treat depression.
    • Help relieve stress and anxiety.
    • Increase energy and endurance.
    • Improve sleep.
    • Help maintain a normal weight by increasing your metabolism (the rate you burn calories).

Running not jogging for five kilometers warm up as early as five in the morning everyday not including the actual workout. For easy days workout includes 12 (100 meters) run 12 (100 meters) interval jogging. Immediately after working out I hit the floor for 100 push ups and 100 sit ups. Not to mention another five km cool down. This is done when I was an athlete as a varsity player in college. I don’t mind much the tiredness. Having long patience is one of my attributes which helps me to withstand rigorous training.

All of these back braking exercises sure pays off with a beach body with rock hard abs. After a run I seem to get 20/20 vision once again, detoxified, relieved from stress and my body is loosed which in turn makes me lift weights with a minimal chance of getting injured. This does not only make me feel good but also make me look fabulous. It’s never to late to wear those gym shoes so you’ll look young once again!

Ooh, that's a pretty good question. Why I started exercising and why I continue to exercise are two completely different things, so for here I'll tackle why I still do. Simply put, I'm addicted to it. It was just something to pass the time, and as I got more and more into it, I wanted to see what I could do, and how far I could go. I wanted big muscles and a hot body (I thought about that phrasing for a while, and that's the most accurate way I could put it  ), but as I kept going, want for aesthetics turned into desire for control and mastery over myself, and I felt in the gym how most people feel when they drink or play video games, or whatever vices they may have. The reason I practice this style of exercise is the exact reason Yuri stated; it's something I can do (and plan on doing) for the rest of my life. Being as tall as I am, mastery of any part of it is a huge accomplishment for me (I feel so, anyway), and there's so much to go for and work on that there is no conceivable end in sight. And I love that.

When I started with my fitness journey, I only did it because I wanted to look a certain way. I wanted to look slimmer, and I wanted to be lean. At first it was hard, but as I got into exercising more, it got easier and I noticed an improvement in my mental health.

Ultimately, not only do I exercise for its physical benefits, but I also find exercise as a way to relieve stress and increase my self-esteem.

Before it was for the sole purpose of weight loss, now I exercise because I love my body, I want it to be healthy. I feel more energetic and happy with my results now that I no longer have impossible targets to obtain.

I exercise more at least three to four times a week.I mainly do weight training and some running on a treadmill.Exercise is good for my circulation which some my family members had a problem with.

Exercise helps improve my mental abilities which helps the physical,as they say 'Mind over matter'.

I try to add various other forms of exercises such as yoga and tai chi which helps bring balance to my body, and also helps with my mental clarity.

Sometimes I will hire a fitness trainer so I can train harder as well as learn some new exercise techniques over time.
