    Losing weight requires a calorie deficit, a state in which you are burning more calories than you eat. When you burn more than you eat, your body is forced to use fat stores for energy. Which causes permanent and long-term weight loss. There are two ways to create a calorie deficit; exercise or eat less. For most fastest permanent healthiest result you need to combine an exercise routine with calorie restricted diet.

    I'm on a weight loss journey and I can say that the only way to lose weight permanently is to take in less calories while eating everything,the size of one's hand fist.

    Most weight loss diet programs are waste of time, energy and money. The effect might or not be felt and it never a permanent solution. The permanent routine is eating less and exercising more.

    Losing weight requires effort and moreso a lot of sacrifice.Less calorie intake and exercises can lead to a positive effect on your weight loss.Working out helps in burning the calories one has gained over time.

    Avoiding a lot of intake of calories too helps a lot plus taking lots of water helps. Weight loss requires just a lot of sacrifice and giving yourself a strict routine.

    Losing weight and keeping it off is a life long process. It is making small changes in your life that you can continue to do. You should also allow yourself to endulge every once in awhile. I have found that gradual weight loss is best.

    I think I probably have tried every possible way to lose weight. Sad thing is I don't see the results. I could give up but I need this, so please more suggestions.

    Just don't push yourself too hard, you want to lose weight not kill yourself.

    You don’t really have to starve your body just to achieve that weight you want to have. There are still a lot of tips that you can have so you can have a healthy and sexy body. I was actually a plus size a year ago and then I just had some research on the internet and tried some good weight loss tips.

    I tried that apple cider vinegar and honey every morning before eating breakfast and lessened my carbs intake to half of the usual. After about four weeks I noticed a big difference because I lost almost one and a half kilos.

    Many people are disturbed by their continuous weight or huge body size ,but now you don't have to worry much because am here to help you out of this.

    First in order to lose weight ensure you have an exercise everyday so as the excessive fat in your body can melt out during the exercise

    Second avoid taking a lot of carolies in your body in order to be physically fit

    In most cases, our daily activities contributes to obesity; we drive instead of walking, we use elevators instead of taking the stairs and we partake of junk food instead of veggies, fruits and whole grains. In the process we accumulate our body fats and consume excessive calories.

    To achieve permanent weight loss, two strategies must be employed. First, burning of calories through regular exercise and secondly increasing satiety out of calories by reducing calorie density of food we eat, eating only when hungry, avoiding refined foods and foods high in fats and sugar.

    The best way to lose weight for me has been to count my calories. I do this with an app on my phone, which makes it a lot easier and manageable! It even has a function to scan barcodes so you can get the calories for the exact product you're using. Since I'm really not a fan of working out and can be rather lazy, this works a lot better for me instead of just going to the gym and eating a healthier diet.

    On top of that I also use an activity tracker which measures my heart rate during the day and how many steps I've taken. This way I can see exactly how many calories I'm burning and adjust the calories I'm consuming accordingly.

    Guys, let me tell you one thing, in order to lose weight, you do not have to go to the gym or tire yourself up in one day. Just plan your daily routine and change your diet to a low calorie intake. Be faithful to the routine that you plan and NEVER procastinate since it only leads to laziness.

    I planned my daily routine and believe it or not, I lost 5kilos in 2weeks! Never give up and always keep in mind that better sore than sorry.

    Loosing weight and staying in shape is a journey that takes time, effort and commitment .There is plenty of diets and exercises out there to help you reach your goal, but generally you need to :
    - reduce sugar and starches intake
    -follow a balanced diet rich in vegetables and fruits
    -cut junk food and soda
    -cut alcohol
    -increase protein intake
    -drink a lot of water
    -exercise; of course ( cardio and lifting weights)
    -get enough sleep
    -last but not least is eat small portions six times a day in order to fuel your metabolism.

    To lose weight permanently you cannot cut out everything you love. It has to be sustainable so take it slow. One week try to only eat one sugary thing and the next week try to not drink anything sugary. Baby steps contribute to long term results.

    You need to burn your calories if you want to lose weight. There are many ways by which you can do this. You could go for jogging, do some exercise, go to gym, play sports etc. Also avoid junk foods. You need to follow it everyday without fail. Then you could definitely lose your weight. Eating food is also very essential. Skipping food for losing weight is not recommended. Also you should have good sleep.

    There is no such thing as losing weight permanently. As time goes on, you only lose more or gain more. That is why being active and eating healthy is so important in losing weight. There are a lot of ways to lose weight. I think skipping ropes is very underrated. It is a great calorie-burner and one of the most fun ways of losing weight!
