I wouldn't say that heart attack is a direct result of eating meat. On the contrary - if you don't get enough of the healthy saturated fats that are in meat (yep, we need saturated as we need unsaturated!), your heart muscle weakens and thus your generally susceptibility to disease is higher.

Associated trend and vegetarianism are a choice of many people. Veg myth depicts that vegetarian food is healthier. But it also presents certain disadvantages. The problem is related to micronutrients like zinc and iron as many vegetables have a high combination of these two factors.

It results in kidney stones as they crystallize in the kidney. It can also result as a shortage of certain necessary fatty acids.

I am a non-vegetarian and its tough for me to quit it. I can give it a try for a week though.

I was a non-vegetarian earlier. But now I am a pure vegetarian and I feel very happy about it. For being a vegetarian, you do not need to sacrifice your nutritional needs. They are abundant in almost all fruits and vegetables. Recent studies show that a vegetarian diet is far healthier than a non-vegetarian diet. It is also a proven fact that vegetarians are less prone to diseases as they posses a high level immunity.

In my family, all members except me are non-vegetarians. But I love being a vegetarian for the rest of my life.

I'm not actually a vegetarian yet but in the process of becoming one, but becoming vegetarian is absolute the healthiest as they come. I know people that have a different eye color for becoming vegetarian, look at it this way even if its not the best health route to take its still better then eating every day chicken , beef , pork since all of this stuff have chemicals in it. The water we drink out of the sink is even tainted with things unhealthy , detox your body an by becoming vegetarian you will achieve the health you need an your sense of awareness will sky rocket.

There is no doubt that vegetarianism is far better than non-vegetarianism. Every day a lot of people quit non-vegetarianism due to its unhealthy after effects. A vegetarian diet does not contain animal fat that causes cancer and heart diseases. Vegetables and fruits are loaded with fibre and essential vitamins and minerals for a healthy body. Research findings throw light on the fact that eating too much of red meat can adversely affect mental health of a person. I am a strict vegetarian and I am very happy about it.
