Has Covid-19 outbreak affected your Workout routines ?

    Gyms are closed, schools are no more entered, and fields are deserted. Physical activity is now limited. How are you coping?What changes in your workout routines have affected you? How do you keep your determination? What alternatives do you use instead of gym equipments?

    A resounding yes. For one my routine is now free which has made my wallet very happy. I get more outdoor time and more sunlight. I’ve learnt new ways make do with what I have and mainly my yoga practice has exceeded far beyond what I was getting at the gym.

    Due to my busy lifestyle and university work taking up most of my day when we went into lockdown I found more time to do extended workouts. It is a little difficult since there is not really much you can do without the gym but the right workout programs can help alot. Besides I did notice I started to get abs because of my new workout routine.
