Art is an all-embracing notion that plays the most important role in the development of the mankind. Art is a diverse range of human activities and the products of those activities. Art is a diverse field and includes artistic imprints in many forms which may include the creation of images or objects in fields including painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, and other visual media. Architecture is often included as one of the visual arts; however, like the decorative arts. The first forms of arts were found on walls of ancient caves in the forms of stone works as well as painting. So we can guess that painting was the first way of art. Painting is the most understandable way of art because it gives us the most full and vivid impression. Music, theatre, film, dance, and other performing arts, as well as literature, and other media such as interactive media are included in a broader definition of art.

The answer varies for every person. One might say that art is not that important, and the other might say that art is basically what created humankind. In my opinion, art is important for every single person because it expands a persons imagination, but everyone has their own opinion.

To answer your second question, art for me is something I think I'd go insane without. The term of art is very wide, so without it we wouldn't have our favorite songs, our favorite paintings or even our favorite movies, buildings, aesthetics, etc. To me, art is something through what I can express myself, where I can find comfort when I most need it or even something that makes me relax and spend time by myself.

Art, gives color to a life that could be so dull and boring. Art, shows us different perspectives. Shows the world that life varies for everyone and anyone. You can look around, and I'm sure you've seen art everywhere and anywhere. Dare I say, the world wouldn't be complete without it.

It is impossible, to sum up, the definition of art in one line. But if we express it in one line we can say that art is the expression of human creative skill and imagination. It is a medium of communication through painting, music, dancing, poetry, etc. It gives a way to live and entertain through music dancing literature poetry cinema. It is not only a source of entertainment but it has also evolved as a medium of conveying a message. Many institutions used art in the form of posters or advertisements to convey their message like political parties used posters in their political campaigning.

Art is essential to our modern way of living. It is everywhere; in music, in architecture, in our technology and advertisements. Everything we consume nowadays has a form of art attached to it, whether it's the design of a product or building, the logo for your new business, the theme song to a new TV show, or even the acting, props, etc. that go into said show. Everything is art, really! It's beautiful when you think about it, and sorely undervalued.
