What do you think happens after we die? I’m curious to hear your thoughts!

Your spirit is like energy, energy can't die (at least, we can confidently say that based on the observation we make on types of energy around us).

So, after your body becomes ashes, your spirit, which cannot disappear, vanish or being annihilated, will travel, dwell, expand (call it as it pleases you) to somewhere we can't name yet, but yes, your spirit will keep living.

Just thinking about it it gives you some goosebumps. The fact that there might be nothing after life or there might be another life both will give you goosebumps. I am that type of person who sleeps like a rock at night and just wakes up the next second in the morning, I feel nothing while I am asleep. So I am thinking that's what it looks like after death, feeling nothing and seeing nothing, just disappearing from this world.

We have souls and if we believe in God, then we know that there is an afterlife for our souls to go to when our bodies die.
I'd like to think that our souls would linger for a while on earth as if to say goodbye to people and places you loved, then you go to heaven and meet up with your dearly departed loved ones and angels in charge of newcomers to answer every question you never knew the answer to when you were alive. Then you finally meet God.
