I like more of punk and rap songs. They are crazy and makes me dance to them.I try to rap all the time but could not match those amazing rappers.I listen to them like all the time an never get bored enough.Though sometimes I listen sweet and slow songs but only when I am trying to sleep ; p.

So tell me what type of music y'all like to listen.

Is it soft, hard rock,EDM or any other?

I love a different variety of music from jazz to R&B to rap to gospel to country to hard metal to classical to reggae to the oldie but goodies. I use music to motivate me to complete certain tasks like house chores, exercising or just for plain meditation. I listen to a lot of religious music for uplifting and jazz music for a more relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Music is a good and soothing alternative to strive for motivation and determination to keep your mind on more positive things in life and to take you away from your everyday life events.

I'm a huge fan of rock music. It just gives life to me and it's very encouraging to hear. The beat and tempo produce energy to my mind and body. It helps me focus and get me my rhythm in everything I need to do. I'm also a drummer and know how to play several instruments such as guitar, keyboard, and harp. Though I love rock music, I'm not a fan of metallic sounds so I still choose which type of rock music I wanted to listen to. Rock music Rocks!

As a listener, I'm not really that picky when it comes to music genres. As long as they have good lyrics and catchy beats, I'm open to listen to any kind of music.

However, like any other person, I have my favorites. One of these is orchestral pop. This kind of music genre is not popular, which makes it even more likeable for me. It also contains the relaxing sound of the orchestra, while having the upbeat sound of pop. I also like ballads and pop ballads, whereas the music is more comforting and relaxing than all the other genres. I personally prefer songs with slow and delicate rhythm than those EDM songs and the like.

The types of music I like vary, though I listen to mostly electronic and dance music these days.Earlier times I would listen to more 80's and 90's music, those times I felt had songs with more emotion compared to the current autotune stuff out there.

During the 90's my cousin got me into Jungle music,so then I later progressed onto Garage music which popular in the UK right after that. Then that got me into Acid jazz,House music and some styles of Techno. The mid 90's I was into the Indie Chartshow on the telly so I would also listen to some Indie style groups on there.

There was a phase I had where I would listen to 50's,60's and 70's music as my parents had old records from those times and I would put them on a lot on the turn table to listen to music I have never heard of before.

What I like about some music today there are various styles of genres of music which I am still learning about, and reliving old chillout mix kind of music which reminds me of the old Bhudda bar days.

I listen to Alternative Rock and Metal bands, specially the unknown ones (a genre also known as "discoverockult"). I can mention a few of the bands here, like:
    • Spaulding
    • Heaven Below
    • Freestate
    • Lansdowne
    • Exit The Ride
There are many other ones, but these are great bands!
I also like listening to some more Mainstream bands from the same musical style, like Breaking Benjamin, Alter Bridge, Creed, Shinedown, Five Finger Death Punch, and many others

I listen to basically anything, but I mainly listen to country and country rap. Country music is my happiness because I´m a big country fan and redneck.

I listen to pretty much anything-- my Spotify playlist is an absolute mess-- but if I had to pick a favorite, I'd say classic rock. It's something I grew up with so it fills me with joy and nostalgia.

I will listen to pretty much anything besides like screamo music. I really prefer country music though. Country music you typically are able to sing a long with. It also tends to be a lot slower and I really like the slower songs. Country music, in my opinion, is romantic as well.

I generally like slow, soft songs. I also like classical music when I'm studying as well. Which is quite a shock since I'm a loud person. However, I'm practically open to any song that has a melody or tune that I like. My spotify playlist is basically a mix of slow, sad songs, and a handful of rap and pop songs.

I'm an odd person when it comes to what moves me in the listening category. As a dancer, I find that rhythm and story matter to me a lot in music. And nothing is better than a resounding chorus where the energy of the song can build, and therefore, the movement of a dancer.

If you're listening to Latin rhythm, well hey, get ready for those glorious moments when it slows down and you and your partner can have a moment.

Listening to rock? Get ready for the build that has you doing the big jumps and thrusts.

Listening to modern? Enjoy that fun transition of changing your movement between jerky staccato and languid, smooth moves to create different feelings.

I consider myself very basic. I mostly enjoy American pop, listening to the original songs, the covers, piano covers, and karaokes of them to try and sing along. When I am more obsessed with a specific song, I could listen to it on repeat for days on end. It's probably not very ideal because in the end, I could either get really sick of the song or need to take a break, but I find it hard to break away from my typical playlists.

I love music and have from a very early age. I don't have a specific genre that I listen to because I have an eclectic taste in music. I enjoy music from all over the world, including soft rock, African jazz, ambient, pop, R&B and rap. I probably listen to ambient music the most because I like to listen to it while I'm working, which is Sunday to Sunday.

Last year I discovered Malaysian singer/songwriter, Yuna and fell desperately in love. I listen to her music all the time! British band, London Grammar is another one of my favourites, as is Morcheeba.

I prefer listening to rap music but I don't mind listening to other genres, except usually I don't really like sad songs. I like songs that put me in a happy mood like I'm ready to start a brand new day; something that would make me want to hop out of bed and vibe to. I do love throwbacks but I would never listen to them on repeat since they will get old again quickly. My favorite artists at the moment are Polo G, Post Malone, DaBaby, and Juice World. In my opinion, they never miss.

I actually listen to a lot of different genres of music. But my favorites are rap and pop music and I prefer sad songs over happy ones but depending on my mood I can listen to some hyped and lit ones.

I listen to a lot of lofi, and like soundcloud music. I feel like majority of "mainstream" music all sounds the same and not a lot of people actually make music for music. It all seems likes everyone wants to jump on a trend to be noticed, but i really don't feel that way about soundcloud music.

Music is my passion. Music is my life. I would literally play music to anything I am doing. My favorite genre is pop/rap. Music will change my mood and make me forget about the bad times in my life. The way I heal is with Music!
