Do you have the bathroom light on when you go to bed

Many people find it hard to go to sleep with the light on. But others can’t sleep without it. For some people having the light on makes them feel safer in the home and for others it just so they can see were they are walking in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. What do you think

 

I leave the light on and close the door most of the way. The bathroom is just down the hall from my bedroom, so it lights up the hallway a little, so I don't bump into anything, and I'm honestly a little afraid of the dark, so it makes it easier for me. My family doesn't really like it, but they just close their doors so it's ok. I don't really like using a flashlight because I always drop it when I'm tired, and it's too bright and wakes everyone up.

 

I've never liked sleeping in the dark and so I usually leave it on just because I superstitious that if I don't, something bad will happen to me. When I was younger I had these nightmares featuring creepy dolls and that haunts me to this day.

 

I do not like any light when I am trying to go to sleep because I find it hard to go to sleep. I also believe that it is bad to sleep with the light on because it hurts my eyes to see a bright light when I wake up in the morning. I really hate seeing lights in the morning they really bother me.

 

I don't keep the lights on unless im all alone in our house. I don't want to Bump into things while walking and i often goes to pee in the middle of the night.

 

I often keep the bathroom light off because it kind of makes it hard for me to sleep. But I always keep it on after watching a horror movie or a creepy video on YouTube because it just makes me feel safe.

 

I keep all the lights in my house off because having anything that distracts me makes me fall asleep for a longer time.
