    I really like jumping rope! It is much harder than I thought it was going to be! It really is a great workout. You can also do it while listening to some great tunes or even while watching something to ease the pain.

    I have been jumping rope for over a year now and I really see improvements in my endurance!

    I remember when we were kids jumping rope was like a routine, everywhere you would go you will find kids jumping rope. Nowadays it's about exercise not for the fun of it. I do have a skipping rope that's what we call it here, i try to skip every week alongside aerobics but when my legs become tired i skip the jumping for another day.
