What is your religious belief; "The Higher Spirit or God"? Please elaborate!

My religion is baptist and I don't go to church 7 days per week, but I still have my strong faith in God and have high moral values. I often get into an argument with some of my friends, because my belief in God and there is the Higher Spirit; so when I give thanks to God when I have an accomplishment they get real mad and say God didn't do it you did. So, I have to explain to them with my belief when we want something in life we pray on it and have faith that God will make our lives content and will give us the knowledge to make the right decision to steer us in the right way. Having faith the size of a mustard seed goes a long way with my religion. Tell me your thoughts!

 

I'm Buddhist. I don't think we even have a god. I do kind of believe in spirits and supernatural powers. I have won an iPhone after praying once so it has worked out well enough for me. I exist in this halfway area between not believing and believing. I pray, but I still don't really think they are real enough to appear to me as ghosts or anything. Maybe just as supernatural forces that push things around a little. Pushes my ticket enough for me to win an iPhone.

 

Of course its God for me. I believe that God exists. My parents believe in God. I grow up with a very religious environment. We almost go to church every Sunday.

I have a personal experience with God. I had been praying to encounter Him. It was midnight that God made me feel that He is real and alive. I experienced the mighty rushing wind of God.

 

My religious belief is definitely in God! I don't believe in "the universe" because I personally feel like that's just a way of saying that there is no God. The reason why I believe in him is because of my very own personal experience with him.

When I go days without praying to him, I really notice the difference. I am a lot more sad and I wake up in the mornings around 2 or 3. I believe this is his way of saying "Wake up and talk to me."

 

I was born Christian, and I declare myself as one. I accept it just as I accept my nationality, but I'm creating my own opinion about spirituality. I believe there is something greater than ourselves, and that we all are a part of it. That invisible force that makes unbelievable things happen, the most ridiculous and the most beautiful coincidences.

I know that there cannot be simple blackness after death. There are heaven and hell, just not in the way it is pictured in the Bible, and I think the Bible was not written to be taken literally but just to show us the idea. Heaven and hell are different for each person.

It is quite simple, fill your life with love, truth, don't chase the money, always try to think positively, and you don't have to worry about a single thing about death. Law of attraction is strong.

 

i am a muslim and i also believe in one God. i believe that there is a creator of every thing we see that in this world nothing is came existence itself. Like this this univers is not came into existence by it self for. There is a someone who made this universe and who is managing it that is God. I also believes that God is one. God has no son or no daughter. God create us for his worship. All things in this universe has to died but God remain alive. Every thing in this universe is creation and the creature of all things is one that is God.

For the guidance of people and to tell them the rules and regulation to passing life God send some persons that are called messengers.

 

I am a Christian and I believe there is a Creator since the earth did not form by its self. When I see the wonder of nature the trees,the mountains and rivers this explains that their is someone higher than us someone who created all these things.
God is His name and that's why I worship Him as Christians because I believe that none can be compared with him he is high and lifted up. King of kings and Lord of Lord.
