By the time you feel thirsty your body is already dehydrated; our thirst mechanism lags behind our actual level of hydration... So you already know, if it happens often to you keep reading.
As you “lose” body water without replacing it, your blood becomes more concentrated and, at a point, this triggers your kidneys to retain water.
    The result: you urinate less.

When your dehydrated body is “pushed” – such as when exercising or faced with heat stress – the risk of exhaustion or collapse increases. This can cause you to faint, for instance, when you stand up too quickly. So what are you waiting for? STAND UP AND DRINK WATER

I agree. People can get bloated, but it isn’t from drinking too many fluids. It’s from dehydration. Almost sounds like it should be the other way around.
It is possible, however, to drink too much water. This is when you start seeing some side effects, even dangerous ones like loss of essential minerals such as potassium.
4 bottles of regular (or sparkling) water would be a good amount, more or less. For me, at least. Some people like to drink a lot more, just don’t overdo it. ;)

As a nurse, I see people come into the emergency department dehydrated all the time. I start an IV, give them a bag of fluids, and they walk out a brand new person. It's amazing that sometimes a trip to the emergency department could have been prevented by increasing the amount of water they were drinking. Granted, if someone is sick on their stomach it can be difficult to keep stuff down, but some people just forget and don't drink enough.

The first thing is dehydration. It can make you weak and tired and even faint or pass out which can be really bad. I knew a kid one summer who passed out and crashed onto a stone floor. He was k but he fortune. Even if you don't like water, you can flavor it up with some lemon or something to help the taste.

From what I know, water is a solvent that dissolves all important elements in our bodies. Therefore, it is important that we drink it.It also maintains body cells, to make sure that they are hydrated all the time. Water is also used to flush out metabolic wastes, which when allowed to accumulate in the body, would poison the body cells and tissues.
