Hard or soft rock

If i were to choose between hard and soft rock i would definitely choose soft rock, for my sanity. I find hard rock too heavy for my ears soft rock is more easy, how about you what's your preference.

 

I completely agree, with hard rock I can barely hear the lyrics of the song, let alone enjoy the message of the song. With soft rock I can actually listen and enjoy the song without straining my ears or loosing half my hearing. Although, I am guilty of listening to hard rock every once in a while, it's certainly not a favorite and I do like soft rock a lot more.

 

I prefer soft rock because hard rock is sometimes irritating

 

If I'm to choose between hard rock or soft rock I'll prefer soft rock, hard rock is too strong for my liking and heavy to me but soft rock feels so light and easy to listen to

 

It really depends on my mood and reason for listening in the first place. To relax and chill, of course soft rock is the way to go. It is also more romantic if you are in an appropriate situation. If I am trying to pump myself up for anything from a workout to trying to get myself confident for something like giving a speech or interviewing for a new job, hard rock is the right option.
