Going low carb really is the fastest (in my opinion) way to drop weight. But the low carb pros out there insist on keeping carbs below 50-20 grams to get into a state of ketosis.

I’ve never been able to restrict my carbs to that low of a level. To be honest, I just don’t feel well with that low of a carb count, and my blood sugar runs on the low side anyway. I’m hypoglycemic. What works best for me is keeping my total carbs right around 80-100. Still low, but certainly not keto-zone.
    And I’m fine with that.
Have you ever tried going low carb or reducing your carbs daily? How did it go?

You need carbs to lead a healthy life. The key is ‘good’ carbs. By that I mean good quality pasta, brown rice, bread (that isn’t white). The Sardinians have one of the longest life expectancies on the planet. Scientists come to the island and study their food, genes, life styles. A main part of the Sardinian diet is carbs. Pasta, bread, risotto. High carb, low protein. You can watch the Zac Efron documentary on Sardinia, available on netflix, to learn more. Carbs are your friends, they give you energy and taste very yummy!
