Mine would have to be Yu-Gi-Oh. I loved seeing the virtual technology bring the cards to life. The storyline appealed so much to me that like so many others, I started playing the card game. Today, I realize how absurd it is to have so much on the line based on a card game but that still doesn't stop me from streaming it!

I would definitely have to say Hey Arnold! ... I believe this TV show was great for me and any children that has the opportunity to watch it, since the characters always leave you with some kind of moral. I loved it from the beginning to the end. It had clever scripts and friendship was the main theme. Who does not love friendship? I had other TV shows i enjoyed as a child and still do, but for me that was the main one. And when i say other tv shows, i mean a LOT! but since i have to pick just one in this case, i will stick with my first choice: Hey Arnold!

I grew up watching the same shows when I was a young child. I also enjoyed watching the Cosby show when I was a little girl.

Great question! Mine is Doraemon :D I know this is lame for some, but this is my favorite until now. It still plays on the television, and I still watch it.

I would have to say, mine was F Troop. I'm definitely showing my age here lol.

I don't think the series lasted too long, but I remember laughing so much with my older brother when we watched it together.

I wished they would have reruns of it now. I think it would be cool to go back and reminisce.

I also think I'm older than most people here, as my absolute favorite shows in childhood were SOAP and Welcome Back, Kotter. I loved Kotter mostly because I had a huge crush on John Travolta when I was ten. I loved SOAP because I was kind of an advanced kid for my age, and I got the jokes. I loved the idea of a comedy version of a soap opera, because I always thought they were silly and over the top as a kid (before I got a bit older and wound up hooked on General Hospital). My mom even watched it with us. Happily, I'm able to get both of those shows on cable right now, and I DVR all the episodes. :)

Sandee, it ran from 1965-1967. I was too young to catch it at the time, but have seen it in reruns and enjoyed it. That was one of my brother's favorites for awhile, I think. It was on one of the retro networks that I get for awhile, so it may come back around.

When I was a little tyke, it was He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. In grade school, it was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. In high school, it was the 90s X-Men series. In college...I don't know. I watched both X-Men Evolution and Masters of the Universe intermittently, but I just couldn't get into them like I did their predecessors. Nowadays, thanks to the thriving nostalgia industry, I'm back to watching all my old favorites, whenever I want to.

When i was growing up my favourite show was poo bear. I would watch it nearly everyday. I don't really like the newer version they should of just left it the way it was. I still remember some of the episodes and i haven't seen it in years.

My favorite childhood series would have to be Boy Meets World. I always tuned into it on Friday Nights with my mom. I will never forget how Mr. Feeney was Corey's teacher and next door neighbor. I thought it was really cool and wished that I had a teacher that followed me through college. Another favorite was Full House. The 90s had some classic television shows that were got for the entire family. It made for great entertainment on a Friday night.

Watching Saved By The Bell every Saturday morning was a routine for me. It was not until years later that I found out that the show was a spin-off for a show on Disney called Good Morning, Miss Bliss. There was a made-for-television movie called The Unauthorized "Saved by the Bell" Story that aired a couple of years ago. It was just okay but nothing great in my opinion. My favorite show when I was even younger was Mr Wizard and Inspector Gadget.

My favorite childhood shows were/are Phineas & Ferb, and W.I.T.C.H. . I was sad when the shows ended. I say they "are" my favorite shows because I definitely still watch them as an adult. ;) (Thank goodness for Netflix and YouTube!)

When I was little, my favorite series was Popeye The Sailor Man. I really got impressed and loved the way Popeye defeated his nemesis - Pluto. Both of them were attracted to Olive Oyl and they fought each other for her love. Popeye just ate cans of spinach and then became undefeatable. That was so amazing.

My favorite childhood series was a science fiction television show called The Man From Atlantis. Back then, I was into everything sci-fi. Sci-fi was innocent and maturing into an exciting art form of prophetic storytelling. Yes, I was attracted to the science behind the show and the fiction behind it. Another factor which gave me great please was the music (background music was actually quite beautiful). But the main attraction for me was the beautiful eye candy by the name of Patrick Duffy who played his character to perfection (in my eyes). Of course the series should have gone on for a few years longer, but I’m grateful for the 17 movies and episodes which were produced. Then Mark Harris turned into Bobby Ewing……

My favorite show as a kid was Rugrats. I even had a Rugrats border in my room! I remember being extremely excited when the movies came out and I ended up getting my older brother to take me to see them in the theater. To this day, I actually still love watching it. One of the best parts of watching it as an adult is you realize that they slipped some more adult jokes into it that a child wouldn't understand. So as an adult, it's been entertaining on a whole other level.
