I love watching style network, Fashion TV and other cable channels on Saturdays whenever I can because of the cooking shows they have as I get tips on how to have more interesting meals. I also get to learn about other ingredients and spices that I can incorporate in my meals and how to use them. I have learnt about menu plans, preparing and packaging frozen meals t make my busy schedule more manageable. I have become an expert in preparing baby-friendly meals because of my 2-year old child.

I am also a big fan of cooking shows. I am constantly tuned in to the Food Network and enjoy many of their programs. Some of my favorite programs include the competitive cooking shows like chopped. Not only do I love the competition programs, but I also watch the informative cooking programs like Giada and Barefoot Contessa. These shows expand my knowledge on different foods and cooking techniques.

I love them. But I don't watch them though simply because I do not have a stove to cook. When I get situated with my very own proper kitchen, I will do more with them.

I know that public television airs different things in different places, but I enjoy Lydia Bastianich's show and a few others. Sometimes they air Julie Child's old show, which is a real treat. Also Ming Tasi, and BBQ University with Stephen Raichlen that's great. And who could forget America's Test Kitchen!!

I was a big fan of the Food Network when I was in high school. I learned a lot about food and cooking techniques from watching them. We never had the money to buy all the gourmet ingredients. The most valuable thing I learned from watching cooking shows is a sense of what foods go together and what doesn't. This is really helpful when I need to make a decent meal but don't have the option to go buy a lot of ingredients. I have learned how to figure something out with what we have on hand.

I love to watch cooking shows the only downside to watching them is that I want to try every dish . After watching I end up going to the supermarket spending a small fourune on ingredients to make the dishes seen on the show. I really enjoy cooking a great deal so getting into a cooking show is so easy for me .

I love watching cooking show because I also love to cook. My favorite cooking show is from Asian Food Channel. I've learned a lot from that channel and sometimes, I experiment my own recipe.

I love cooking shows! I have watched them since I was little. I love to bake so when I was younger I used to try and write the recipes down but then I wasn't paying too much attention to the show. So I stopped writing them down because I was probably never gonna try out those recipes. I love watching people cook. It is entertaining and interesting to me.

I enjoy watching cooking shows because you learn so many new technique every time you watch. Every chef's technique is different, so you are guaranteed to learn something every time you watch, that you can implement in your own kitchen. I also like cooking shows because you learn new and amazing recipes to try out at home.

Food TV is one of the channels I always have on. I don't do much cooking myself, but I still enjoy seeing what others are making. I especially enjoy shows like "Cupcake Wars" and "Guy's Grocery Games." It's interesting to see the cakes they make and what trained chefs would make after shopping at a grocery store like most of us have to do. I think the sense of competition also makes the show more interesting.

The pioneer woman is a great show, also I like to watch more Cooking Channel shows vs Food Network because the Cooking Channel has more diversity. Rachel Khoo has a great show, a Malaysian cooking show is what's new now, Siba's table is good, cooking with Lorraine is good, and the guy from England that makes pub food at home is good too.

I have been a fan of The Food Network for a few years now. When I first started watching, Emeril was my favorite. Al though I temporarily lost interest when his show came to an end, shows such as the ones featuring Bobby Flay and Barefoot Contessa helped me to start tuning in again.

Right now, one of my favorite shows is Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. This show is a good source for finding locally owned restaurants if you travel a lot.

I love watching these shows to find different ways to cook that do not upset my husband's dietary limitations. He cannot digest beef, so having so many shows to choose from is ideal.

Mainly, I try to get recipes for chicken, fish, and pork dishes. Recently, I have also discovered vegetarian and vegan meals. The Jazzy Vegetarian introduced us to great recipes for cauliflower steaks and portobello mushroom burgers.

I love watching cooking shows! Trying the recipes or washing the dishes, not so much. I prefer the instructional shows on Cooking Channel over Food Network because of the diversity, and the hosts aren't quite as "over the top". Food Network has great competition shows though. Chopped and Cutthroat Kitchen are entertaining as well as instructional.
