I've been running everyday, and I know that makes me healthier and increases my stamina, but will it give me a flat stomach? Or is there something in particular I need to be doing while running that'll give me a flat stomach?

    1. Substitute the crap food together with whole high sound quality, natural and organic food items that packed with wholesome nutrients, perhaps
not additives. After that, use these foods to your daily diet for optimum belly-fat burn-off.

    2. Alcohol reduces your inhibitions, reduces your willpower, also arouses your hunger. Your very best choice is always to consider a hiatus out of booze
until you meet up with your weight loss targets.

    3. Scoring a flat tummy is all about physical exercises which burn up body weight overall.

    4. Irregular sleep plays an integral part in your weight loss reduction. Eight hours every night time is preferable. However, seven will probably suffice.

    5. Limit the total amount of salt you consume can assist you to lower your water retention and also appearance thinner within your
    clothing.

Running can for sure help burn body fat, but to specifically get a flatter tummy you can try some workouts. One workout program I've tried out is Chloe Ting's hourglass program! It really flattened my stomach and gave me a bit of abs. Here's link if your interested (https://www.chloeting.com/program/2019/hourglass-program.html) :) Another way is to cut down on calories, this is what really builds up along the stomach. Finally, my last strategy is to drink/eat more water! Dehydration leads to your body hoarding water over your stomach-so try to down at least 8 glasses a day. Hope this helps!

As an athlete, I can tell you that there is no particular exercise that will help you reduce the fat in specific areas of your body. However, maintaining a healthy diet as well as exercising on a daily bases is guaranteed to reduce the overall body fat, and therefore reduce stomach fat.

It is important to note that weight lifting is very important if you want to have a lean figure. Yes - you definitely read that right, weight lifting will not make you bulky or anything, that requires a lot more than just lifting weights, so consider doing weightlifting two times a week in a addition to some cardio throughout the week and I am sure you will get great results !!

The key is to stay active whether you are in lockdown due to Covid-19 or not.

As @Goldenbee mentioned earlier, there is really no such thing as spot reduction. The best thing you can do would be to stay on a calorie deficit in order to burn fat overall.

I've actually recently watched a video explaining that running too often might actually prevent you from having a flat stomach. Keeping your hormones, especially cortisol, in check might help you reach your goals! If you're too stressed, the body likes to store fat around the stomach. By running, you essentially raise your cortisol levels and it might directly impact your physique. Of course, all bodies are different, but this could be an issue for you! Try taking a walk every now and then and see if it helps out. Hope this makes sense :)

I believe that the most healthy and efficient way to get a flat stomach is to work out and eat healthy without starving yourself. I truly believe that the free ChloeTing workouts are the best and they have a flat tummy one. Yes, they are hard but it is worth it to get the results you want in a month or less. Eating healthy for me is cutting out sugar and trying to cut out dairy but at the same time, I can't be too strict with myself. I also have a low metabolism so I drink this lemon cinnamon water twice a day and it has definitely boosted my metabolism.

    Calories In < Calories Out.

Burn more than you eat. Aim for the 300 calories less than the Maintenance mark. Doing crunches 100 times a day does nothing if you have 100 lbs of belly fat covering it. Get your nutrients in and drink water but eat fewer calories.

If you want to work out because you like to eat, sure. Go weightlift, it won't make you super ripped like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Just work at a plateau-level. Don't go heavier, don't go harder. You can also go on runs, bike rides, or whatever that burns calories. Good luck!

I am currently doing a challenge. I have seen many videos of people doing 100 squats a day for a month, to even seeing someone do 100 push ups everyday for a month. The number may look scary, but it's easier then it looks. When watching these videos they tracked their progress and the results were pretty great. Your not going to have that idol figure that you see on TV from celebs, but you will see results that you yourself will be proud of. Doing pushups actually works out your whole entire body, as there are many calisthenics workouts that you can pick that work the whole body.

Right now I am doing 100 squats and 100 sit-ups everyday for 2 weeks. I chose this because I do better with short term goals, rather then long term oddly enough. its only been 1 week and I've never been happier and my stomach already looks flatter due to the daily exercise alleviating my bloating.

I think yoga and dancing would really help. Losing weight only on the belly or just getting the belly in shape would not work. Because you have to train every muscle in your body so that it's proportional and you don't end up hurting anything. Otherwise, it's important to stay on the ball and exercise regularly.

in general, weight loss needs persistence to complete it. There are many ways to loss weight for any part in the body, just you need to choose carefully and pick one which suits you.
