Mexican Disney Princess

Okay, please tell me I'm not the only one. I could really use some brown love. I mean, I feel like a good chunk of all different types of skin tones have been perfectly represented in the disney spectrum. However, I am still feeling left out. Wheres my disney princess? I mean it can't be that hard to make a "Sleeping Latina beauty" or a "Snow Brown" okay well maybe not that last one, but still!!!!

 

When I saw this thread I started racking my brain thinking, "Surely, there is ONE!" Nope, don't think there is, is there? I'd love to see a type of story similar to the Princess and the Frog or Brave starring a Latina Princess!
I think an Aussie Princess or an Islander Princess would be an amazing addition as well.

 

I agree, I would love to see a Latina princess or protagonist in a film. The Book of Life is a great movie that showcases Mexican culture. I really enjoyed it.

 

Well, it took Disney this long to give us an African American princess with Tiana, so a Mexican or Spanish one should be on the way soon. It's nice to see that they are including more nationalities in their princess lineup. Now, I'm just waiting for a movie where they have all the Disney Princesses join forces to take down a threat a la Kingdom Hearts.
