Honestly, I don't even think I could give an accurate number because I listen to music in the background no matter what I am doing, but if I had to guess, I'd say probably at least 8 hours a day on average.

I listen music when I free or stressed. Music is very important of our day when I travel alone that time also love to spend my time on listen music. Music can raise someone's mood, get them excited, or make them calm and relaxed. It also indicates that people use music to serve various functions, from emotion regulation to self-expression to social bonding.

I usually listen to music while I'm in the car driving from workplace to workplace. One of my jobs requires me to drive a lot throughout the day, so I turn my music on to jam out to while driving. I prefer Amazon Prime music, and it suggests music to me based off of my preferred songs. Every once in a while I'll listen to an audiobook if I'm feeling up to it, but usually it's my 90's alternative rock.

I spend around 4 to 5 hours every day. This year alone I spent more than 80,000 minutes (yeah I know that's a lot but duh its music). I listen to all genres but I particularly like indie and punk. I'm not liking pop music that much these days, jazz seems so cool. I have so many playlists which I share with my friends. It's like music connects me to my emotions and also I feel that it cannot make a negative impact on anyone.
