Which movie will you watch when it’s on TV no matter what?

There are some movies that are so good (even if they’re older) that when you see them on TV, you refuse to change the channel. I have a few, and they’re all classics or at least semi-classics.
Strange thing is, I never seek these movies out. I only watch them when they’re on and I just can’t seem to change the channel.
    For me, it would be:

    Independence Day
    Urban Cowboy
    Great Expectations (rarely on)
    Bridesmaids
    Castaway
    Heartbreakers
    Tammy
    The Butterfly Effect

    How about you?

You've made some great choices, Melanie. I love Bridesmaids. One movie that I'll always watch when it's on is The Princess Bride. I love it because it has comedy, action, romance, mystery--a little something for everyone. There are so many lines that are so endlessly quotable. I haven't met anyone yet who doesn't love that movie.

I love Dirty Dancing. Whenever it pops up on the TV I can't help but watch it again. I must have seen that film 20 times by now. I also love Elf but that's a Christmas film. I still love to watch it every single year though.

This is an extremely tough one but Wedding Ringer is my all time favorite. I could watch that EVERYDAY. I am a huge Kevin Hart fan.

Ferris Bueller's Day Off for sure. It is my favorite movie of all time, and I refuse to skip it if I can help it.
