    What types of food that make your body stronger and healthier? And why?

    I consider that spices are making the body more stronger. Because Indian people put a lot of spices in their food and they can hold longer and their work is better than others as same as Pakistani people. So that is why I suppose that.

    Fruits and vegetables have the highest quantities of vitamins, and therefore, provide the body with the required immunity, energy and vitality.

    Garlic and onions are very healthy. Traditionally, they are still used as medicines. They can prevent cardiovascular diseases. And also I love garlic and onions since they bring flavor to a dish.

    I wasn't always a big fan of onions but onions have a lot of great health benefits that are phenomenal. Onions carry antioxidants and compounds that can help you fight off any inflammation you may have in your body, kill off blood clots, lower blood pressure, and can reduce your cholesterol levels. I was very intrigued to learn that onions can also contribute to lowering your risk from heart disease.
