I don't drink coffee that often because of some of the negative health benefits and it can stain your teeth of not handled in the right way. I do drink caffeinated tea though. I usually drink it in the morning before or at work, and sometimes at night before I go to bed. I also like iced tea in the summer and when the weather is warm out. I put a little sugar and honey into my tea and that's it. Milk occasionally, if it is something like chai or yerba mate.

I used to drink coffee everyday but nowadays, I try to avoid or limit its consumption for health reasons. There are conflicting reports regarding the health benefits of coffee. On one hand, it is saying that it is good for controlling high blood sugar in our bodies while on the other, it may increase the risk of a heart disease.

I drink coffee not just because of its great taste but alsobecause of it's health benefit. It is said to be by health experts as having antioxidants. Just drink in moderation.

I only drink coffee really really rarely. Usually if I happen to go to a café with someone. I guess I could use coffee sometimes, as I tend to have low blood pressure and I feel lightheaded and dizzy. But I don't want to start drinking it for several reasons such as my teeth getting yellow or me getting addicted to coffee so much, that I'll struggle to go on about my day without it. I don't want to become one of those people who can't start a day without a cup of coffee.

Why did you quit taking coffee? Is it because of some medical condition or something that is not suit for your taste? I do love the taste of coffee and its aroma because it makes me feel alive and active.

You know what, Whenever I drink coffee I always add it some spoonfuls of condensed milk to make it creamy while eating a slice of whole wheat bread to neutralize the caffeine contents. ;)

I love coffee and I was an everyday drinker for years. I have read that coffee can help reduce the possibility of developing Alzheimer's disease. I wanted to reduce the sugar intake in my diet so I quit drinking coffee completely for a few months. I didn't like how dependant I had become on it and it really frightened me to know how addicted I really was. I became grumpy and developed the shakes within 4 days. I only have coffee now and then for a treat. I believe that coffee is good for the brain but only if taken in moderation.

I do not drink coffee. Coffee makes me stand trembling so I did not care much ... I like it more than other other beverages such as chocolate milk. Despite being very popular coffee does not do much good for you and makes yellow teeth lolol but the smell is wonderful!

I love coffee, I started out drinking hot coffee, then I switched to cold coffee it suits me better, when off to work at at work. My favorite coffee is a Starbucks energy drink. I purchase it at my local store or 2 hour gas station, it has a lot of natural flavors, and I like this particular product because it comes in a lot of different flavors. Mocha, white chocolate, Hazel nut.

I still drink coffee almost everyday, however sometimes I will purposely skip a day or two just to prove to myself I am not addicted. I thoroughly enjoy my morning ritual. I look forward to it as soon as I step out of bed. The coffee I drink is just plain old coffee with a little bit of cream, nothing special. But at 5 or 6 am, that's the best drink I have all day!

I depend on coffee to function like an actual human being. I don't take it with cream or sugar though, because those contain so many unnecessary calories that I just don't need. I like a nice black coffee. If the coffee is of good quality, it should speak for itself with no cream or flavorings.

I love coffee! I drink at least a cup everyday. I didn't know that quitting coffee would make you feel "healthier" but I don't feel anything wrong with my health. I am an active person exercising everyday and lifting weights every other day so I guess it all depends on the lifestyle of the person. Well of course you have to drink in moderation. There are also some medical journals that discusses the advantages of drinking coffee like boosting metabolism and providing anti-oxidants that our body needs.

There was a time when my aunt used to shove the coffee on my face as an act of torture. It was an action which depicted gagging. It ensured that I might go away from her crying and screaming.

I didn't like the look and the predilection of the coffee and so my aunt played this cruel joke. I never dared to try it until I found my friends sipping it in college. They squandered it to remain awake at late nights for studies.

I'm not certain when I drank coffee for the first time, but it was something serious which went down. Later that day, I suffered a severe addiction towards coffee.

I love coffee but I only have one cup a day. I read an article before that women can take as much as three cups per day but I think my body can’t handle that much. If I try to get a second cup, I feel dizzy almost immediately and I have trouble sleeping at night. So I just limit my coffee intake in the morning with my breakfast.

No, I do not drink coffee and I have no aspirations to drink coffee in the future. I have a bad memory of coffee because the first time I ever tried to drink it in my life, I had to throw up. Thinking back about the memory makes me cringe even though this incident happened such a long time ago. A good alternative for coffee is simply water, nothing can beat water. In my opinion, water is the healthiest drink a human can consume to help its body.

Oh how I love coffee!!!Coffee is my ultimate happiness. I drink 2 cups of coffee everyday (I used to drink 3-4 cups 2 years ago) to energize my day. Honestly, my day isn't complete without these two cups. I gradually lessened down my daily consumption because I started to feel some palpitations and sleeping disorders some two years ago.

We just have to remember that there's nothing wrong with drinking coffee, we just have to bear in mind that too much of everything can also be harmful to our health.

Nope. It's a hot cup of bitter water that only tastes good with plenty of sugar.

I absolutely agree with you, I have never understood exactly why people would drink it! I get that the caffeine in it could be useful to perk you up occasionally, but eventually, regular drinkers will get addicted and only feel as good as non-coffee drinkers if they have a cup in the morning.

Coffee drinkers, I am genuinely interested in why you like the taste of coffee.

I started drinking coffee from a saucer as a little kid. The older woman who would keep us while my mom worked incorporated coffee as a normal part of our morning routine. It was full of sugar and cream, I like it the same way today. I have had 2 cups today, I woke up and attempted not to have coffee but that did not last long. I should also note that a couple of years ago I was diagnosed with epilepsy and the doctor has suggested that I avoid caffeine totally, I have tried but have not been very successful.

Kicking this habit was easier before I had kids, now coffee is imperative to me getting my kids off to a good start each day. I have cut back tremendously however, I buy half caf and as much as possible I only drink 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning and no other caffeinated beverages for the remainder of the day. I do believe I would have less anxiety and feel healthier if I could kick this habit but I obviously need help, is there a patch for this..lol!
