    Healthy diet is indispensable for healthy living, but it's not about strict limitation on diet or remaining unnecessarily thin. Healthy living is to feel great with more vigor. Consuming more vegetables and fruits, home meals and boiling down sugar intake can improve mood and lower the risk of health problems.

    Drinking plenty of water helps to flush waste products in our system. It's essential to remain hydrated to get rid of worries, tiredness and low energy. Healthy diet is the key to sound living.

    I am not a health guru but I try to follow a healthy lifestyle whenever I can. If I feel like I over indulged in something bad for my health, I try to make up for it by consciously eating something healthy like lean meats, vegetables and fruits. I don’t believe that in order to be truly healthy, you need to avoid decadent food like cakes and chocolates but moderation is the key.

    There are a lot of things that we can do to keep ourselves healthy all the time. Here are some tips that we can observe to follow a healthy lifestyle:
    1) Eat healthy.
    2) Stop / avoid smoking.
    3) Exercise regularly.
    4) Annual general check-up with your doctor.
    5) Avoid too much exposure to sunlight.
    6) Stop alcoholism, drug addiction and the like.
    7) Avoid unhealthy habits.

    For a healthy life you need a healthy body and mind. it is rightly said that a healthy mind resides only in a healthy body. When we think of a healthy body the first thing that comes to mind is to follow a proper diet. We need to include a lot of fruits and vegetables in our diet for a healthy and disease free life. Drinking enough water is also utmost important as it can even affect proper functioning of brain. Doing yoga is an excellent way for attaining a healthy body and a powerful mind.

    Health is a very important wealth that we need to look after. We all want to live a long and happy life. To be healthy, we need to eat healthy like green vegetables and fruits. I do exercise every morning because it is good for the heart. I always sleep at least 8 hours a day to have a healthy mind and body.

    Daily exercises like walking. Riding a bike and swimming. Any activity that gets you moving will help. It's a fun way to spend time together with your family or love ones while helping everyone feel good to each other. Eating right and nutritious food will help. We love to eat, too! But it's all about making the right choices. Stay away on junk food and add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. Drink plenty of water instead of soda. Little changes in your diet can make a big difference in your health.
