What Do You Do When You've Been Praying For A Sick Person And He Eventually Dies.

This is one question that has been bugging me. Sometimes, the answer is in Christians knowing that God's plan is not human plan. God has a reason for everything and sometimes, prayers cannot change such reasons if there is a better plan ahead.

So in such situations, the answer is not to despair or become an atheist or agnostic. The answer is to keep praying the more and lift your head high!

 

Prayer is talking to God. When we pray for the sick does not mean that it is a must that the sick have to be healed. God holds the final decision. He can heal or let the sick person die. Death is not final but a gateway into resurrection. We should not despair when the sick dies.

 

The answer is very simple..The bible says"in everything give thanks to the lord". God has a purpose for everything.There always a reason for a particular action which only God knows and if u can seek his face u could too..
So if he eventually dies,i would thank God.its quite uneasy but i would.

 

According to the teachings of the Christian faith and perhaps the faith of certain other religions, God had a purpose and reason for all the events that occurred. Praying to the sick is when one communicates to God for the life of another. If God has taken the sick persons soul into possession, it may mean two things. One is that God has determined that this person has reached the quota in reaching heaven and salvation. Second is that this person is too evil and that leaving them on planet earth may cause more death and devastation to other people. If God lets a person live, it means that God has given this person a second chance to complete the things needed to reach salvation and heaven. This is all upon the viewpoint of many Christians; but none can judge from the eyes of God and we have yet to know why. This answer is one of the only hypothesis out there which is why I am posting this hypothesis.

 

It's not our responsibility to decied either the sick dies or survive but only God can decide.
Our role is to pray and handover everything to God to do his work.

 

The best thing to do is to accept.However,it is always easier said than done.In such a situation,one can be easily tempted in to believing that God failed to answer prayer.When we pray to God,we do our part and we should let God do His will.God is our father and creator,He loves us and always gives us the best.Even after the person you prayed dies,God is still there to guide us He is still powerful.

 

Health is wealth. we do not care about it when we are healthy and when we got sick then we think that how much was this bless of God upon us and then we pray to God to recover us. but you are asking that what i should when i go to ask about some sick person , the answer is that it is a very good thing to go to ask some one about his health and it is our duty to go for this when i meet some sick i pray for him and pray God to recover him soon and also pray for the whole sicks in the world and when i see to die someone than i remember the purpose of my life and i get forgiveness of my sins from my God

 

Even though death is inevitable, we feel devastated and are heartbroken when we lose our loved ones. Because of the love we have for our sick friends or relations, some of us pray fervently to God to save their lives. But if our prayers are not answered, and they die, we feel bad and helpless.

That was exactly how I felt when I lost my younger sister two decades ago. I had prayed for three days at home and in the church, but she eventually passed away one fateful morning. I was heartbroken. But I was not bitter against God. I took solace in His word.
