There are some people brush off the word death in their vocabulary. The main reason, they are afraid to die. Others accepted the fate to die if inflicted with serious medical health conditions. Of course, these people are in denial with such situation. But then, they can easily accept it because there is no reason for them to run from it. Thus, they don’t have the choice but accept it. In some instances, open-minded people talk about their preferences on how to die. Death is not a dreadful word and it should know the meaning beyond the context of it.

Yes! You are right! Death is not a bad thing. I always explain it to my child. Children today are more aware of death than us adults. Despite a strong movement to curb violence on television, death is still commonly portrayed (and often in a rather gruesome manner) on TV and in films. Yet it is surprising how many parents try to sheild their children from the realization that death is an inevitable part of life.

When parents are open and direct with their children about death they are giving them a messag about how precious life is. When they avoid the subject, they deprive children of an opportunity to understand the miracle of life, and helps us to realize that we should make every one of them count.
