    C# is a modernized version of C++.C# has ability to allow you to interoperate with any other language on .NET platform.C# can be used to write wide range of applications due to its portability.C# is pure object-oriented,but C++ is a mixture of object-oriented and procedure -oriented.The main advantage of C# is that in runs on the CLR.C# has many language constructs that java lacks,such as delegates and operator overloading.
