    In this moment, here we are, here and now, in the here and now. This Mantra is a great way to bring you attention back to the present moment, whenever your mind starts to wander. Another great way to do this is by focusing on your breath, in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Focus on your stomach going up as you inhale, and your stomach going inward as you exhale.

    Ram Dass was first a psychologist, a student of the great Neem Karoli Baba, a spiritual teacher and finally, Author of "Be Here Now" which sold more than 2 million copies. His words still resonate to thousands of devotees every single day. He in essence, brought the practice of being in the present moment to the western world.
