Our garden is designed with birds in mind. They have fruit trees, plenty of greenery and most important of all they have the birdbath to have fun and frolic.

Mostly around noon time we see them taking turns. They are a disciplined lot. Their chirps are so soothing. I like to watch them preening their feathers after they have had a swim. They get back for yet another swim.

It is amazing that even a crow takes sits turn and so does the waterfowl.

Here is a slideshow of the several birds that we see. Put your speakers on. You will hear some nice background music - courtesy youtube.

Birds are fascinating to watch as they do take turns when eating the seed from the feeder. Although some birds seem to be more aggressive than others, there is a sense of order to the whole affair. Mockingbirds seem to be the culprits, although I have seen a crow or two become wary and more belligerent as well.

The dance that the birds display is a wonder to behold and it seems that they appreciate the occasion of a special feeding place. It is also fun to have a birdbath nearby and to be able to observe the birds at play in the water.
