As we all know, too much stress can have serious repercussions. Insomnia is also becoming common especially among the youth. Music can boost both mental and physical health. It can improve the body's immune system, reduce stress and even work better than prescription drugs to reduce anxiety before surgery. Personally, music has always been a healing and soothing part of my life.
