There is an ever-changing organizational priority and this is where some project managers find things getting tougher in the middle of a well-planned project. But what happens if there is a lack of clarity and scope for the project? My answer – it’s all about the ‘base’.

Base is defined as the foundation of a logical thought. For my project, defining the base or root cause as backbone for data analysis and observation is the key to know what really needs to be worked on. Many a times when the scope of the project changes, project managers finds this hard to manage. It is always good to expect changes and have a back -up plan to overcome such hurdles. During these times the best thing to do is to brainstorm, discuss ideas with the project team and foresee how well the root cause could be managed so you can be sure to come with some sort of solution. If you don’t have strong data that would materialize the main goal of your project, chances are your project team has to restart over again to define the scope or aim of the project which poses some potential delays. To envision an improvement, you must have to identify first the root cause of the problem. You won’t be able to do such unless you have all of the bases covered!

This is how the project has to be handled to become successful based on what I have observed from where I worked at. For example, if you own a website, you anticipate that many people should visit your site. How can you do that? The first step is to have a 'roadmap'. Your benchmark will serve as your basis and allows you to observe the progress of your program or project.

    Challenges:
    • Who will do the task?
    • What is the scope?
    • What are the targets?
    • What are things needed to finish the project?
    • When is the deadline?
    • Budget

How To Effectively Work With The Team:
    • Find the right team members.
    • Gather sufficient information that will help you achieve your targets.
    • Collaborate with the team to target what you value the most. Communication is important.
    • Observe the flow of activities.
    • Do necessary the necessary actions after conducting the conclusion.
    • Remember the achievements.

Managing a project requires handwork and sacrifice. This is because project management comes along with its challenges.First,it is important to note that there are three constraints in any given project:time, budget and labour. These three must remain in check throughout the project cycle. For example, while executing a project,it may emerge that there is increase in cost than earlier expected, therefore leading to a delay in project implementation.Incompetence in human labour may lead to inefficiency in execution of tasks.
