I used to post my art on Instagram specifically but I deleted my account not to long ago, though I never saw it as something dangerous.

I think your points need to be taken into consideration because art theft is something that exists and people need to be cautious about it. There are downsides to posting your art - your ideas can get stolen, and unless you have a big audience, there aren't many things you can do to prevent that from happening. However, at the same time there are many nice things about sharing your art on the internet! Probably the main reason I posted my art was to get feedback and improve. I'm not sure why I deleted my account though. Perhaps because I never got the exposure that I really wanted?

Well, to answer your question, I have never really thought about the possibility of it being dangerous.Everything has it's own risks, though - so I believe the best thing is to just not stop and point out when art theft happens.

Whenever I’m stress, sketching is my way of releasing it and sometimes it would take me hours doing nothing but sketching. I often forgot to eat and just sketch! In some weird way all my worries, all that negative thoughts were all gone and I felt relax again. I think posting your artwork online is great if you want someone to acknowlege your talent and that is one way to let others see your talent, But not for me though!. For me sketching is my personal thing. I have this foulders full of sketches hidden in my closet that I never showed to anyone. I loved looking at them whenever I’m feeling down and I prefer to call it my own. My own little world!

Yes, I post my artwork on social media. Through social media, we can connect with amazing artists from around the world and they also inspires us and gives us new ideas. Criticism and bad comments also uplifts us and helps us to learn more. And there is no need to worry about posting your artwork on social media. Do use watermark on your art so that no one can steal your art and ideas.

I do post my art on social media, but I try to keep it centered around my art Instagram. I find that getting art out into the world is a great way to connect with the art realm. There's tons of collaborations and art challenges that bring individuals together. Following other artists as well can help with inspiration or finding a new perspective.
