Does your host offer 24/7 server Monitoring?

For those of you who own websites, does your host offer 24/7 server monitoring? Do you only use hosts that offer 24/7 monitoring services?

The host I use offers it and I find it very useful because if there is a server problem, they will find out quickly and fix it for me without me needing to submit a support ticket. With other hosts I used, I need to find the problem first and then report the issue before it will get fixed but this is not the case with my current host as they monitor for any issues I may have. Although, I don't think my host is able to monitor all issues but I think it does help increase uptime to some extent.

I choose reliable hosts with good support so I don't really mind if they monitor my server or not.
