FOOD ALLERGIES

My kid brother was diagnosed of this rare condition in the form of food allergies. For one, he breaks out with body-acne whenever he indulges in one or more of the following: wheat gluten, yeast, milk, cow protein, and eggs.

I am therefore seeking a balanced yet affordable meal plan which provides healthy and appropriate substitutes to the above allergenic foods.
