lately people have been doing wonders in line of worship. Pastors have taken advantage over their faithful who are eagerly looking for many solutions to their problems. We have seen people taking chemicals that are harmful to their body, all because pastors have said the chemicals will wash their sins.Learned people have followed misleading doctrines that have seen many leave their jobs and even their families, some foregoing their academics to follow a doctrine. Many bowing to the scaring teachings of end of times.

I think it depends on a religion you are on, there's a religion i know of ( but im not a member of it) that is collective and profound in terms of being kind. They help, they preach about the word of god. Brainwashing religions only kicks in only if things that they teach are something that's misleading. You'll sense it actually.

People disregards this subliminally because of desperation to get solutions to their problems. I wanna say this, please, please wake up, deepen your perspective. Your understanding, we're intellectual beings, don't get succumbed by the worldy problems. Take a step back and breath, then think calmly.

From a very critical standpoint, I think religion, especially Christianity and Islam, has been used to brainwash many people in the world today, especially people in Third World countries.

For instance, many religious leaders in developing countries have used false teachings to hoodwink many an ingenuous person by way of tithing, unwarranted financial donations, offerings, etc. In Nigeria and in many African countries a good number of pastors are so wealthy that they have private jets, while their followers live in abject poverty. The socio-economic gap between religious leaders and their brainwashed members is like the distance between the heaven and the earth.

More so, many Moslems have been so terribly brainwashed that they can no longer reason properly. There are instances of Moslems who have turned suicide bombers on grounds of an erroneous religious belief that if one, as Moslem, dies while trying to kill 'infidels', one will be duly rewarded in the paradise.

Consequently, many people have been deceived and scammed through religion.
