    Yes, I have designed all of my Logo's I have used.
    I personally use Canva for the convenience of it.

    I will first find a Photo Element I want, go to remove.bg and have it remove the background and then upload it onto Canva.com.
    Photoshop works just as good (better if you're skilled), but I like being able to edit and download quickly and they always look like a masterpiece.
