    Add a slice of lemon to your green tea. One study found that citrus increases your body's ability to absorb the antioxidants in the tea by about 80 percent

    Healthy food is a new topic today because they are putting so many chemicals and bad things in our food today. Have you read the labels? There are so many words that are not food related on our food labels. Our food is not the way it used to be. Our food has chemicals and dyes in it. It is causing all kinds of disease too. It is no longer healthy to eat packaged foods with all these chemicals and dyes in them. Watch what you eat. Even milk has antibiotics in it now. Hormones, we are eating hormones in our milk. Our meat is also not the way it used to be. It is better to eat organic if you can afford it.
