This is a question that I always think about on a daily basis: am I ready to lose weight? Am I ready to exercise? Am I ready to change? I would love to be ready all the time to change my appearance through exercise, but I am unsure of when that "ready" will be. I go through sporadic moments where I will go to the gym for a couple days in a row and then disappear from gym life for two months. Does that mean I wasn't ready? Is anyone else going through the same see-saw of exercise? How do you know when you're truly ready? Any tips or "aha" moments that you'd like to share?
