How important is a diet to you?

    I think it's more important than working out. As they say, your gains consist of 80% diet and 20% exercise. It will impact your result a lot. It defines if you cut or bulk or on how much weight you will lose or gain. There's a lot of diet plan nowadays that we can just pick the most preferable diet method that we can follow day after day.

    Of course, it doesnt have to be a starvation or even eating tasteless and disgusting foods. There's a lot of healthy food choices that are delicious and doesn't feel that you are dieting at all. All you need is consistency and determination in following your meal plan.
