How to gain weight

    I sometimes work with clients who've lost weight due to dental surgery ,a digestive problem,stress or an illness, and are trying to get back to a healthy weight. How should they carry it naturally .

    I guess you can gain weight by eating lots of food. Take vitamins so it could help you to gain weight. Stress is the main factor why people lost weight. If you're going to let your stress eat you up, for sure you're going to lose weight immediately. Try to balance your work stress and having a healthy living. I know it's really hard to balance the two but if you're really willing to do it there's nothing is impossible. Don't compromise your health because it's your only tool how to live in this world. How are you going to work if you're not healthy? So we must take good care of our body. If you feel you're losing weight already, eat healthy food like fish, vegetable, fruits and a lot more. Watch it if it's going to work and if not you can consult doctor for medication. Doctors might give you vitamins that could help you to gain weight. Be better to consult doctors first before taking any medications because not all vitamins suit on your body so it's much good to seek for an advice to professionals.

    Eat a lot to have your body back.

    One can gain weight by increasing the amount of calories they take in food. Mostly increasing ptotein intake to a large quantity and eating a fully balanced diet

    Our TDEE is made up of nasal metabolic rate,which is the amount of calories that we burn when resting and the number of calories you burn from physical exercise combined.To gained weight,you need more than your TDEE.My suggestion for men is to add 250 calories a day as for women 125 calories a day.

    Gaining weight is a process which cannot just take one minute and you are at the pic . It depends on the condition which an individual has been diagnosed with , the previous weight before illness and the knowledge of which food an individual is supposed to take . You must be working with their current weight and the energy requirements for each person . The total caloriec intake should increase by 20 to 50 percent depending on the condition

    Gaining weight is a lot easier than to lose. So in order to gain weight, you have to do this following steps.

    1. Staying up late. Yes you read right guys. Because when you stay late at night there is a tendency that you will eat more to have force and energy which is gone for not getting enough sleep.
    2. Eat a lot of carbohydrates. Just like rice, breads and pastries. When your sugar intake increases, the insulin level will also increases. You will now finally gain weight.
    3. Not involving in an exercise. For all we know exercise is the most effective to become fit but if you want to gain weight, all you have to do is lay down all day long and do nothing.
    4. Take a prescribed vitamins. Because vitamins will make you feel that you are not enough satisfied with what you already ate. It's like you want more. You want to eat and eat over and over until you become full.

    It is very easy to gain weight.
    1. Eating desserts regularly
    2. Overeating
    3. Drinking Apetamin
    4. Eating heavy meals multiple times per day

    Hey Gerald. In my knowledge, the easiest way to gain weight is by eating small meal portions several times a day. Do not wait for standard meal time to eat, ask them to create time to eat small portions (balanced diet) almost throughout the day and they will see some changes.

    To gain weight, you need to have a calorie surplus. First, you need to know how much calorie you need to eat per day. There's a lot of calorie calculator online, you could just google them easily.

    Second, you need to count your daily calorie intake. You can install an application called MyFitnessPal for this. You must input every food that you will eat to give an accurate computation of your calories. Just follow it and you will definitely gain some mass.

    By tracking your calorie intake and prioritising a caloric surplus with high protein, muscle growth may be promoted in order to gain size. The two biggest contributors towards gaining mass are testosterone and insulin; which induce growth and allow for the creation of new cells from caloric surplus. It is important to exercise in the same circumstances, strength and hypertrophy training in the gym do the best job in creating muscle growth.

    A healthy way to gain weight is through exercising and healthy meal and by that i mean 3 meals per day and snacks in between because I assume your clients want to be healthy and fit too. Some protein supplements also are made to help people who want to gain weight or you can acquire it naturally in Milk, eggs,cheese... etc.
