Hello. Recently, I got tasked with writing educational materials and instructions for teachers on how to use computers. The point is showing them the basic stuff and how to use them in class or for prepping class. I know it sounds quite basic, turn on, turn off, press F5 to start a slide show, but the problem with these people come because they on regular basis come to the superiors claiming computers broke down when it takes a little bit longer to load up or accusing the projectors of breaking down as soon as they get warm. I have some plans, but I wanted to consult other people on new opinions on what information that introduction should contain. Thanks in advance.
