Health according to WHO is the complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Is this achievable? Can one meet all those requirements of being healthy at a particular time in their lives? What is your opinion?

My opinion is that a complete healthy life is not achievable. This is because of the existence of stress and worry. It could be in small amounts sometimes but it still doesn't meet the complete as it is supposed to be. We are all human and no one is perfect so a completely healthy life does not exist.

Hey Abigael. Quite an interesting question. But just as you said, a completely healthy life is not easy to achieve. One might liveit for a day or two, the next day they miss out something due to stress, illnesses, natural catastrophe...name them. Life itself is so unpredictable, so things will always keep changing.

    *Exercise regulary .
    *Avoid jank food .
*Drink at least 8 cups of water a day -i can't stress this enough- .
    *Put on sunscreen .
