Is it okay to sleep while wearing the headphones?

    We have different kinds of sleeping but is sleeping while wearing the headphones safe and can it cause health problems?

    I don't like sleeping with headphones on. I move around a lot in my sleep, and I always feel like I'm gonna wake up with it broken. I tend to blast the music, and I don't want to wake up with ear problems that could be permanent.
