Is it true that music reduces anxiety?

    Well, it seems that the next time you feel anxious you should try and listen to your favourite music. Research has shown that music can reduce anxiety by 50%.

    There is one particular song that is being recommended by therapists to anxiety patients. The song has been proved to reduce anxiety by 75%.

    I knew music had a magical part of it, but never thought that it had healing powers.
