We are all born as peaceful and innocent beings. We learn ignorance and other negative traits from society. When we become adults we have the ability to learn how to be at peace with ourselves and forgive any influences that may have shaped us to have qualities that we do not even want to have. Especially people who were raised by oldschool prejudice parents. There is a very big difference in the old society and the society of today. The world is a lot more peaceful.

I believe there is a duality in nature. Humans are capable of great violence and destruction but we are also capable of great acts of love and kindness. We struggle sometimes with our dual nature but I believe for most of us we let our loving and peaceful selves out more so than our violent and destructive nature.

Peace is true state of the mind. This differ from person to person depending on their particular backgrounds and culture.. If one is not stressed out, one is usually at peace. Some people maybe at peace amidst a crowd and some in their solitary confinement.Find yours by looking deep into your heart and soul..

Peace is something that is in our nature as human beings. I have always believed in the principle of balance. The principle of balance applies in our lives. For example, in order to experience joy and happiness then you must experience sadness or loneliness. As you have said that throughout our history that there are conflict, war and bloodshed and that is true but in the other hand, we also have peace, forgiveness, union, resolution and bond.

Peace is present when we know how to manage our stress. You can manage my stress by eating healthy diet. Eating a healthy diet is an important part of taking care of yourself. Aim to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, and whole grains. You eat organic fruits and vegetables.

You can also manage stress by meditation. During meditation, you focus your attention and quiet the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. Meditation can instill a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. Guided meditation, guided imagery, visualization and other forms of meditation can be practiced anywhere at any time, whether you're out for a walk, riding the bus to work or waiting at the doctor's office. The best meditation is the meditation of the word of God.

Lastly, you can manage stress by laughing more. A good sense of humor can't cure all ailments, but it can help you feel better, even if you have to force a fake laugh through your grumpiness. When you laugh, it not only lightens your mental load but also causes positive physical changes in your body. Laughter fires up and then cools down your stress response. So read some jokes, tell some jokes, watch a comedy or hang out with your funny friends. You can also watch funny videos from YouTube.

Babies are born amicable. They do not bite or kick their caregivers if they attempt to caress them. They cry if the sense violence happening in their surroundings. Thus, they are not violent in nature and prefer peace. Humans are inherently peace-lovers. It is the environment that alters the behavior of the peace-loving individuals into violent dangerous beings. They were taught to seek joy in troubles and hurting people and animals. But they can return being peace-lovers through love and rehabilitation.
