Is the new HIV medicine the real cure to HIV/AIDS?

    There is a new medicine which was recently discovered somewhere in Egypt and it is known as "Gammora". It has been tested and it has been said to eliminate 99% of the virus in the body. Is this the real cure to AIDS and is it going to end the war on AIDS?
