I faced this severe problem some 3 years ago. I accidentally erased my hard drive's bootable partition. As a result all off my data was there on the hard drive but was totally what was totally unaccessible for me because the hard drive was not loading into the system has a Peripheral device. Now I need a pre installed working operating system. I send out at trick to tackle this situation I use a bootable cd of a Windows and Institute of installing a new Windows I went to the repair Windows section and it give me an opportunity to open up command prompt. And once I have got that interface open I quickly went into the diskpart command and made a bootable partition upon my disk
