I didn't think I had a preference when it came to the time of day to take a walk outside, but after experiencing the heat in Las Vegas this year since moving here I think the morning walks are better. I definitely feel more awake and energetic afterwards which helps me to get through the day. Since winter rolled around it's been harder to find time to walk even in the afternoon because the temperatures can be pretty chilly. Either way getting 30 minutes to an hour of exercise, nature and fresh air can help rejuvenate you.

Is there a particular time of the day that you prefer to take a walk?

For me, morning walk (straight out of bed) is the best. By morning i mean like 5am.

I really enjoy afternnoon walks because im able to reflect the day peacefully and enjoy the view usually the weather is very nice as well my sposue is home by then so i get a break from the kids and its me time to get out of the house put on my music and walk also walking in the evening helps for me to get tires and once im done walking i can go home shower and bedtime and be rested for the next day.
