Nerve Pinch or Nerve Compress

    Nerve pinch or nerve twist is something which gets worsen with time if not treated.The pain generated from this radiates from hand to leg and generates a shooting pain in the chest as if it is a heart attack. The main cause of this nerve pinch is due to disorder in the spine structure.The risk of getting the spine damaged is seen from bad posture like leaning on elbow or sitting in a posture which in due time damages the spine and as a result compress the nerve.

    To get rid of this one has to change their life style and take proper medication from a neurologist.
