    In May 1949, “Mental Health Month” was established in America to convey mindfulness and medical services to people living with psychological well-being ailments. In that equivalent year, the “National Mental Health Act,” was passed and the National Institute of Mental Health was set up.

    May 2019, will recognize 70 years of perceiving “Mental Health Month” in the US. Mental Health America, a nonprofit, has aided in the training, research and treatment of emotional well-being issues. Every year “Mental Health America” hosts different themes to draw in and instruct individuals living with emotional well-being ailments.
