Sleep Apnea

    Has anyone here been diagnosed with sleep apnea? I recently had a sleep study and the results show that I have sleep apnea. Now, I have to have an overnight sleep study to see how I sleep with a Cpap machine. It is upsetting to me that I have to sleep with this machine at night. If you have sleep apnea do you find the Cpap machine helpful?
