Still Don't Look Skinny Even After Working Out And Eating Healthy

    How is it that some people can eat whatever they want, whenever they want without exercising and still maintain a skinny desirable look? Well, there's actually a multitude of factors put into this. Genetics, illnesses, lifestyle, metabolism and even deception from what is seen. Some may seem this way but unless you are with them every minute of the day, you never really know what they are going through or how they really live. For example, someone might be from a family where everyone is just naturally thin, or maybe they eat differently at home than they do with other people. Maybe they throw up secretly after each meal. The bottom line is that everyone is different and all bodies are different. In conclusion, as long as you are eating healthy and receiving proper exercise daily, there is no need to worry about how other people look compared to you. If you really want to change the way you look, you should know that these things take time and don't come overnight. They take hard work just as anything else would. But never forget that we are all beautiful in our own ways.
